ANY weather radio that has "SAME" codes will do the "all hazzard" alerting - all that stuff is sent over your local NOAA weather radio station

Now what _I_ want is the full up 3 channel receiver that the TV and Radio stations use to get those same warnings - the problem is THOSE are in the 3-4K range
