I'm not exactly a Bush supporter. I do question the phrasing of the article. Pandemic influenza is nothing new. The outbreak in 1919 killed more people than the previous Great War. This is hardly a new discovery and a few excellent documentaries have been made and shown. If a meteor is plotted on a collision course will there be a critique of the BUSH METEOR PLAN? I don't recall this issue mentioned in the democratic party platform and even my man Ralph ignored it. 9/11 and the Hurricanes have created an atmosphere worthy of an Orson Wells radio broadcast. It's good to be prepared. It's bad to become paranoid.
