So where do the titles under the user name come from on this forum? I notice some people have titles like newbie, journeyman, and dedicated member underneath their names in the user info window on the left side of the page beside their post.

Its how long you have been here and how many post you have up.

Then how come someone like groo who has the following stats:

I've wondered too. I'm guessing the posting rate is a factor as well.
