I seriously doubt that, in an emergency of this magnitude (Katrina/Rita), that there will be any law enforcement officers available--let alone who will care-- to enforce such a relatively minor infraction. If any are so inclined then they better be on ATV's or dirtbikes, because they'll never catch me otherwise. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
