Having been the victim of panic attacks in the past, I can tell you that once you recognize it coming, you can control it with your mind and finally get to the point that they finally go away.
I don't associate seizures with panic attacks but I am no physician. You didn't mention that you think you are going to die during such an attack but that is one the symptoms. Read the following from Mayo Clinic and it should lead you in the right direction to overcome your problem. Good luck.
