I was driving on a small backroad from a client site when I came upon a 4 way stop. There was a state owned pickup truck coming up the berm of the cross road and they had removed the passenger door and there was a driver and passenger buckled in with the A/C blowing on them with the passenger leaning out with a stick poking trash and tossing it into the truck bed. That way neither had to get out and walk or carry a trashbag, they just drove slowly along the road.
