I'm probably going against the grain but I think of "Long Term Survival" as something on the order of 90 days or more with little or no outside aid. Anything less than that is certaintly something that people who frequent this site should be equipped to deal with, either through shelter-in-place or evacuation. Three days should definately not be the standard--except for maybe PSK's.
That said, if everybody wants to make it a separate section I'll definately read it--it's just that there are other categories that are equally worthy of a separate section (wilderness survival comes to mind.)
