Since2003 Pooh-Bah Registered: 01/21/03 Posts: 2205	http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2003/29dec_magneticfield.htm?list117947 "Magnetic lines of force near Earth's surface become twisted and tangled, and magnetic poles pop up in unaccustomed places. A south magnetic pole might emerge over Africa, for instance, or a north pole over Tahiti." Maybe time for everyone to get a GPS and start mapping "true north" and forget this magnetic stuff.
