Mine weighs maybe 30 lbs, mostly because of all the water I have to keep in it. Otherwise maybe 10 to 15 lbs max.

I can make a field expedient axe (hatchet) easy enough, I can't replicate a good hand chain saw for cutting, though.

Now if I could just do something about the weight of all that body armor...
