Hey, Tom. If you find a source in Chicago's Chinatown, I'll run over there and pick it up! (along with some Dim Sum). <br><br>There are various grades of silk. I remember working with my father on a job site when I was young where we were hanging silk panels on the wall. The slk was a course weave and did not resemble what we know as silk, the finly woven, soft fabric for clothing. The stuff was a bear to work with as it did not streatch at all. I also remember that ity was very expensive compared to other fabrics he worked with. <br><br>Unfortunately, he retired a few years back or I could find out more about the source. Heck, I'd guess that there's still a roll of the remnent laying about in the old warehouse.
