Reading Doug's series of "lessons learned", I found that for me, survival information is more easily learned and better retained if the information is in the context of a true life survival situation (I may never lose the mental image of Chris and a georgeous coed sponging the flora of the Channel Islands in the pre-dawn hours). It need not even be so dramatic as life and death, but simply stories of problem solving in the wilderness. Does anyone know of any other good online sources for this type of material? I know that one couldn't expect to find the analysis portion of "lessons learned"--which is the most useful part--but just the stories themselves would be better than nothing. Thanks. Robb
