I have a blade that keeps on getting rolled over. It's a Smith and Wesson CK212 Homeland Security. What do you suggest I do? Is there a tool I can used that will stop it from getting rolled over?

What do you mean by getting "rolled over"? You mean the edge curls when you use it? Probably just sharpen it at a steeper angle.

The edge may have a bur on it. You need to use a magnifying glass to see it. But if it does have a bur stropping it on some card board will remove the bur.

It's what, 440C with a black finish? If you don't care about the finish, look up the web (and a recent trhead here) about convex sharpening. I've lost the URL to the best site, again.

Convexing on some fine grit sandpaper is a good idea and so is stropping (especially if you convex it) if what you're dealing with is a burr. If you're truelly rolling it then you should consider steeling it after sharpening with a good smooth steel.
