Does anyone have problem with his belt sagging while you wearing pants? I have to use belt / suspenders to hold up my pants. I need the belt to support my waist pack. what is good way of wearing your pants without looking like a dork. <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

I'd look for a sturdier belt. A double thickness leather belt like the Galco SB9 Dress Belt. Check out this thread on Bladeforums regarding belt recomendations.

Would BDU belt thick enough to prevent saging of my pants? I check out that belt you mentioned but it looked like plain jane dress belt.

Combining braces and belt will make you look silly. Consider having a belt made with a traditional Sam Brown Strap.

That is the beauty of that belt. It looks like a normal dress belt, but it is made of two stiff/thick pieces of leather stiched together so they look like one and is very stiff and very sturdy.

My everyday & dress belts are dress gunbelts: 2 by Ted Blocker in cowhide, & 1 by Greg Kramer in horsehide. They don't sag, no matter what's on them.

The Kramer in horsehide has been worn almost daily for 3 years; the only problem with it is some fading of the dye where the most wear is. The Blockers are older, & still look good (cowhide takes dye better than horsehide, so I'm told).

A good gunbelt will cost more than a regular belt, but will outlast it by years. It doesn't matter if you don't carry a gun: the belts are the best!

Galco makes similar 1.25" gunbelt/dress belts. Go nicely with even your best suit and will hold a 30oz firearm without sagging so they should be fine for anything else of that much or less weight.

Dillon Precision makes belts that are more affordable to most of us. I have two of them and have been pleased. I everyday wear them with all types of clothing.
