Lets turn the question around; which ve-hi-cle has outlasted [survived ] just about every other car/wagon on the planet? Answer: the humble Volkswagen!
This almost indestructible little car is in every corner of the planet, therefore parts everywhere; a true world car, ridiculously simple to service if you know how; runs on any sort of gasoline; excellent power-to-weight ratio; off road capability adequate.
Simple, big enough for two, with survival gear.
The car has proved itself in all sorts of conditions; it won't let you down.. and yes, I own one!!!

In America, the F100 bears that distinction.
