I agree completely with what youre saying. Im my BOB/bag kit/car kit I carry all of the things you mentioned except the jacket and the cash. The jacket I omit simply because of the time of year and my location. 90 degrees during the day and 80 at night in the summer. The cash I omit cause I never have any extra and if I packed it it would last long before I would spend it in a non-emergency situation. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I think youre suggestions are right on the money though (no pun intended).
