Just a note on some of your gear.

First of all your set up looks pretty good. You should feel good that you have finally put it all together in one pack. I agree with Chris on the "clothing roll". Great place to store extra stuff on the outside. Put your clothes inside a garbage bag or roll it up inside a waterproof jacket, etc.

I see you are using an Esbit stove. If you haven't used this in "real life" situation, you should know that while they work, they hardly work without a "windscreen". The little stove just can't overcome hardly any with at all. You may be able to improvise something for a windscreen, but you may also want to throw in some sort of screen with your gear. jmtc.
