Should consider two wallets of identical thickness. Its not that hard to acheive really. First you need two wallets that are the same. Fill one with all your normal stuff as mentioned above. Then put PSK items in the other. This should make the PSK wallet smaller than the regular wallet (unless you carry a lot more stuff than I do). Then add bandaids or tinderquick or cotton or something similarly moldable and useful to bring the PSK wallet up to the size of the regular wallet. Anyone that reads this board often knows from a couple other threads that I am about to be (starting in late august) in a new enviroment for eight hours per day where all of my PSK items will need to be extremely well concealled. The dual wallet thing is one of the ideas I am considering. I even recently purchased a pair of identical inexpensive leather zipper wallets at Walmart that I am experimenting with. One of them I left alone for normal usage and the other I have gutted completely to make extra room for PSK stuff (light, fire, knife/tool, water purification, etc).
