I bought a few of the Schrade needle nose vise grip multi tools on sale. Keep 1 in the van and 1 in the BOB's stashed away from the house and 1 in my tool box.

There was recently a contest on both KF and OMF. I like most of the other people entering posted my FatBoy and all my gear. I will repost it here.

I generally take it for shopping or visiting or hiking etc - most things when I'm away from my home.

I don't usually take it to work, and I don't always take it if I'm going "out" pubbing etc in the evening. Nowadays I have enough confidence in my EDC that I don't feel I need the waist pack.

No problem. It was held over at Knife Forums and at OMF. No need to bother with going to OMF as only 2 people entered there and we both entered at KF as well. I won at OMF and got a brand spanking new DevilDog Versipack from Tim at Maxpedition. The perfect bag if you were to set up a "Cody Lundin" type kit from 98 degrees. Link as follows:
