I love my Swiss-Tech MicroPlus, but the sharp corners on the flathead screwdriver are tearing holes in my jeans pockets. It is also tearing up a tiny nylon sheath commandeered from another microtool I have. What I'd like is a pocket sheath that will tightly conform around the edges of the MicroPlus. If there's no movement, there will be no abrasion, so the sheath should be formfitting. Any ideas?

Iīd form a sheath from damp leather and sew it togehter. Thatīll ensure optimum fit. Itīs pretty easy to do. The trick is the proper dampness of the leather. I made a sheath for a folder with the size and weight of the Buck Ranger. The folder is held even when the sheath is held upside down. That should be thight enough.
