I love my Swiss-Tech MicroPlus, but the sharp corners on the flathead screwdriver are tearing holes in my jeans pockets. It is also tearing up a tiny nylon sheath commandeered from another microtool I have. What I'd like is a pocket sheath that will tightly conform around the edges of the MicroPlus. If there's no movement, there will be no abrasion, so the sheath should be formfitting. Any ideas?

I´d form a sheath from damp leather and sew it togehter. That´ll ensure optimum fit. It´s pretty easy to do. The trick is the proper dampness of the leather. I made a sheath for a folder with the size and weight of the Buck Ranger. The folder is held even when the sheath is held upside down. That should be thight enough.
