The 911 scare has worn thin, Califonia hasn't had a big quake in the last 24 hours and Florida hasn't been hit by a Hurricane in past week so I guess the PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER. no longer feel that they are in danger.
