As offensive and patronizing as this appears to be, I think you really need to look at who their customer base is. (It appears to be "spoiled little valley girls and wannabes".) In that case, their products don't seem to be really aimed at anyone with a brain. (Their web site sucks big-time, anyway - only someone with waaay too much free time would actually sit through the product presentations.)
