Some of my mail from my old place finally caught up with me after four months, and it included a pair of really nifty tins from AOL. It's 4 7/8" x 5 1/2" x 7/8" on the outside, about teh same size as a CD's jewel case. Not very thick, but for an urban PSK it might not be bad (stashed in a briefcase pocket or something), and it might have promise for a regular PSK.

It's got enough depth for a cardboard slip of strike anywhere matches, I've already checked that much, and it has much more surface area than an altoids tin if you need to signal with it.

Did anyone else get these?

I got one of those. I was also trying to think of a good use. The problem is it's really flimsy and would be hard to waterproof because it buckles so easily. If you think of a good use, please post.

Here are some pics if anyone's interested.
