I'm a newly registered user and read about the Japanese lunch boxes several months ago. Just received my lunch boxes from a friend who got them on a business trip to Japan. There are 2 sizes 3-3/4" W x 2-1/4" D x 8 " L, & 5" W x 2-14/" D x 9" L, well made of aluminum with locking hinges. The package says: "made in China by Shanghai ASVEL factory".
