Being that I have CDH (Chronic Daily Headache), I carry about two days' worth of prescription tension and migraine meds on my person. Not in any kit.

I use Fioricet and Midrin for tension headaches and Imitrex for migraines. I also carry Exedrin, Motrin, and milk digestant tablets (I'm lactose intolerant).

And those are just the abortives. I won't bore you with my allergy pills or my prescription headache preventives.
