While there are commercial fuel carriers made to carry spare fuel for the zippo on a keychain or something similar, it's pretty common for people to come up with improvised methods.
Personally, I use empty tobasco sauce bottles from MREs <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
