Has anybody heard of these guys? Do they sell anything to civilians, or is it just military and government contracts? Some of the stuff and kits they've got make me drool....

Or, whether the general public can aquire any of those kits at all. The site may only sell to the government or something like that. Since there is no obvious way to order something from the page, I imagine it doesn't sell direct to individuals
