Just sharing with you, if I may. . . Regarding a topic that is not much discussed/mentioned . . . I've found Chapter 8 (Psychological Reactions) of the army First Aid Manual a real gem. Useful in everyday situations . . . There doesn't even have to be a major disaster to be relevant . . . From passing exams to car crashes to older relatives to . . . anything that can affect our moods. I've found every paragraph relevant to a WIDE range of life situations, past/present . . . Why didn't they make me read this at high-school?!
