You might want to try using the Search or Advanced Search capability of the forum.

REI and Campmor are supposed to sell them, to shorten your search, try featherweight mirror.

Here's a link regarding the featherweight mirror. This looks like it might be perfect for an altoids tin with a little resizing.

Hi,
I have discovered a simple cheap signal mirror in the form of cut-down CD-ROMS that are cut to credit card size and often distributed at software trade fairs with some info about the company and or products from that company on them.

These come with an central hole that although it's bigger then needed for a signal mirror still allows you to target the sun and create a "target spot" that I can get to bear on a distant target.

The last time I visited an computer trade fair I collected these credit crad formed CD-roms and passed them on to my scouts as a simple cheap signal mirror.
They always seem to come in a thin clear plastic cover much like the credit card sized fresnel lenses come in. By the way both fit together in one cover, that saves some space.

Best Scouting wsihes from Holland,

Bagheera

CDs have already been evaluated on this site as a poor alternative to a true signal mirror. The do reflect a ltlle, but not that well. Commercial CDs are actually pressed from above using a glass die. The die pokes tiny holes in the surface through the reflective coating. This is then covered with the silk screen label, sealing the openings. (This is why you should be careful not to scratch the label of your CDs.

CDs created by CD-R or CD-RW drives in your PC are created by a laser that burns the tiny holes or pits in the surface.

Both techniques produce a surface that diffuses the light rather than reflect it. That's how the discks are read by the computer. If the laser beam that's aimed at the CD reflects back from the surface, it's read as a "1" or "on." If it's refracted and is not read by the sensor, it's a "0" or "off."

They do reflect light, so they will work when nothing else is available. But I'd recommend that you and your scouts look for another material to replace them.
