Well, here's what I've got so far:
I've got it organized in 3 rings. The Gerber mini-knife and match pod are on one ring, so I can take that off if I need to get on an airliner or something. And the keys are separated on another ring too. The middle ring has the "preparedness" stuff- 6 feet of paracord (it's kind of a pain, but you CAN do a box braid with one piece), a Peak-LED "Snow" AAA flashlight (just bought last week), and a fox-40 whistle. I've always tried to keep my actual "key" chain to a minimum. Right now it's got the key to my roof rack, car key, bike lock, dog-tag, and house key.
One thing I'm planning to add is another house key, with a piece of 1/8 inch ferrocerium rod glued to it and shrink-wrapped. I've heard of people doing this with key blanks, but using a spare house key seems like a better idea.
By the way, if you've got your digital camera on your keychain, how are you going to take a picture of it? It is possible for a camera to take a picture of itself, with a careful arrangement of mirrors:
