Hi Schwert, I've seen those bags on the 'net too and wondered if anyone had tried them. The fact that they create dead air space, at least compared to old-school space blankets, means that they should provide pretty significant warmth. However, the aluminized surface means there won't be much breathability. Prepare to get your clothing wet during extended use.
