Are there any recomendations on jackets waterproof and wind proof.

I recently received a catalog from Duluth. I never gave them much thought, but in looking through their current offerings, there are a number of items, jackets, shirts, pouches, etc. that for the most part, appear to be reasonable in cost and look to fulfill some of the requests for clothing, pouches, etc., requested by forum members at one time or another. I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I picked up one of these a few months ago. It's a non-lined, packable raincoat that fits in my briefcase. (Thanks, Gearfreak!) It won't do for a winter coat, but it has come in handy a few times already.
