There were two shows from Discovery Channel. "Lost in the Wild Nova Scotia" and "Lost in the Wild High Desert". I have not seen them available as a VHS tape or DVD yet.

They were very good shows. Cody Lundin was the instructor/facilitator

The BBC are always quite good at releasing videos so they're readily avaiable at amazon.

Bush tucker man books are available, but I have't seen any DVDs.
Amazon ship worldwide, (so I'm told) so there shouldn't be any availability problems.
