Oh.. O.K. raw silk - soie brute ? or soie naturelle ?
BTW, I thought true natural silk was rather stiff....


I rechecked prices and sizes :
- at the outdoors shop, a polar fleece blanket, 1.90 x 1.40m, weighs 830g (about 29 oz) and costs about 60 Euros (this one is 310g/m?)
- at a standard textile shop, a bed blanket, 1.50 x 2.20m, costs 27 Euros only : half the price !!! <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
If I cut it down to 1.50 x 1.80m, it would weights about 945g ( 33oz)... and I could even cut it down to 1.40 x 1.80m to save one or two more oz...

Tomorrow, I will checked availability for this bed blanket (and delivery time).
As for now, it's time to go to bed (in Paris, it's 23:30:00)
with the whole stuff : pyjamas, eiderdown, blanket, hot water bottle, closed windows... and cat to keep me warm....
