I bought one last year from the site below. I believe it the military version. Its certainly has all the bits and peices your missing.
Just a word of caution: I found the delivery service very slow. It took 3 e-mails to get a reponse out of them.
They seem to have re-vamped their site. Maybe they've improved their customer service as well. I did get the kit eventually
Its a very robust basic cooking set- built to last. - my only quibble is the annoying rattle when your carrying it!

well i'm not going to try to buy it from them ! finding a US or even british store that sells them is easy, but not if you want to buy it in holland ! no import for me, since i have no means to import things. But thats not a real disaster for me, still got my snowpeak track 900... <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

SOP for using a hexamine stove is to dig it in a few inches, this effectivley shields it from the wind and keeps light spill down. Top tip dont do it with a peak stove because the little red plastic bit on the valve control melts and you burn yourself. DOH.
