Does anyone know what the contents of a military regulation survival fishing kit consist of?

I am halfway into a complete review of several fishing units for a later column (waiting out rain and seasonal closures of our depleted marine stocks to complete.) I have secured a few via Ebay and lucky gunshow/garage sale discoveries. The average Ebay price is $25-$35, and CAVEAT EMPTOR, some units, even unopened may suffer rusted or missing components. It has a few shortcomings. If you acquire one buy some nail clippers, additional lead sinkers,and fabricate some manner of hand reel. Ill elaborate further when the marine segment is complete. I can say, that so far it shares top honors with one commercial kit overall.
