Some of those people will only wake up to the reality when no one around them will help them.

The problem for those who do not feel they have to prepare is that the refusal of help may come when the situation is extremely grave and longer lasting.

PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER. don't learn. They just follow the herd and bleat every now and again.

That's why they're PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER.. Blue Pill PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER..

While us Red Pill Fizzy Lemonade Drinkers will sit on our front porches during the worst of crises, drinking our fizzy lemonade, because we have nothing to worry about - we've got it covered.

It's interesting to note that the Blue Pill PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER. and the Red Pill Fizzy Lemonade Drinkers have generally the same attitude before a crisis: "No worries."

The Blue Pill PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER. have it because they're blissfully ignorant.

The Red Pill Fizzy Lemonade Drinkers have it because they're comfortably prepared.

I think it will only be evident who is who when the defecation strikes the air handler.

Sounds like your VCR got stuck on rerun while watching "Valley of the Dolls". <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Not meaning to nitpick, but I think you mean;

"If you prepare, it's almost accepting the fact that it's going to happen again,"

Of COURSE, it's going to happen again, Nitbrain!

And these are the types that will come whining to us to feed them and keep them warm. Sheesh! How stupid you gotta be, Babe?

Warm beer! Yuck! That alone should have stimulated nearly instant repair...

BTW, in the 9-11 Report, near the end of Chapter 9, the writers made reference to people who made decisions on their own, and preparedness of mind and supplies. It sounded like there were maybe 6 flashlights in the whole building.

Well not to defend the PHRASECENSOREDPOSTERSHOULDKNOWBETTER..But this was not really a big deal for them.Hell I spent the time smoking cigars and floating in the pool, and watched tv before bed as the power was on by then.

Thirdpig:

That was last time.

Used to be a hijacking meant an unscheduled stop to Cuba, just sit back and relax because nothing can be done about it.

The most recent hijackings were quite different as well as the next power interruption may be.

Belgainpup:

Take a deep breath and relax as angry posts get the thread shut down.

I know you were talking about the people in the article, but someone on line might think you were talking about them.

Peace.
