Wow, interesting stuff. I doubt any SAR operation in our part of the world has to consider splinter armed rebel groups in its search plans.
Not exactly. Unfortunately, if SAR is operating down near the Southern border, in many areas they have to coordinate with Border Patrol due to the cartels pretty much owning the border and they are often armed and dangerous.
