Considering that I paid over $60.00 for mine, I would say that you got a good deal! (Even though mine does have the saw in it.)

I seem to remember that the striker problem WAS a problem with the first Blast Matches... They have fixed them since. Check with them for a replacement.

I just REALLY wish that they would stop calling things like this a survival kit...In NO WAY is it a survival kit....It is a VERY NICE PART of a survival kit, but not one in itself.
