It had to happen, the kits finally arrived. The FIRST ones sent out. So I should be receiving another two kits tommorrow. I advised the friendly customer service reps about this, they said to just, not accept the UPS package that I should get tommorrow morning.

Called the NRA looking for a replacement blastmatch which I was willing to pay for. They offered to send a replacement kit at no charge--actually, they offered to send two. I accepted one gratefully. I like it when companies make things right.
