Hi,
I needed a drop of ointment,
but it wouldn't open with my human fingers,
even using a cotton tshirt for extra grip
it wouldn't open without pliers

Whats the next improvement?
Obviously, the super convenient cactuc cap wink

Or when you first get the ointment apply a little on the threads.
