Looks pretty good - the case looks a little flimsy. The price looks about right too. If I had to buy those things separately they'd probably look like:
$15 - Infinity Ultra $2 - Cheapo keychain LED $7 - Some kind of spark rod $5 - Cheap but decent knife $5 - Small compass ---------------------------- $34 Total
