I saw couple of new SAKs comming out with different handles and decided to take a look. Damn there is so many new models out there.

Model with LED:

Model with a torch lighter

My first SAK which looks like it may come handy during rescue or during operations around easly puncturable material (like a raft)

Everything but the kitchen sink knife:

They have a model with lil pen build in but new model has a pen and a light

My eprsonal favorite glow in the dark SAK:

Model with Alarm clock (they also have one with alarm clock and LED light)

Well no I didn't get a job for Swiss Army distributor I'm just plainly amazed how much have changed since last time i looked at SAKs. I only knew abotu cubertool and altimeter models.

How about the kitchen sink and disposal? <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

The Swiss Champ XXLT, the current largest production SAK.

When I was looking for a first knife for my son a year or so back I saw the "My First SAK" and though it was a nice idea, but couldn't find it ANYWHERE. Very frustrating.

Might be just a wee bit bulky for EDC though!

Put that SAK in a sock, and you have a serious slungshot.

The XLT would make a great conversation piece. Its size would be a drawback for EDC, but a plus as a collectors' piece. Its sheer bulk lends the XLT some gravitas for being a permanent addition to your desk at work, or even your own kitchen table.

Don't forget the Stay Glow climber either:

You can buy the replacement stay glow scales also, so you can tailor suit your own SAK to your liking.

You mean I can order the scales for any SAK out there?
