Around here we only get them in black. I tethered mine. That makes them easy to find too.
The part of the sleeve that holds the gas tank has a tiny hole (opposite to the Exotac writing, right in the middle of the X shape). So the waterproofing may be limited but certainly better than without the sleeve.
