I am not sure of anything like that, what do smoke jumpers use to emergency signal? I'm sure whatever they carry can't be flamable. But, I would like to add another question now that we are on the topic. I have a pen type flair that is going to epire in August. If I was to...say...launch it off in a fireworks legal state on the Forth of July can I? Will it start a fire on land if launched up into the air?
