I just read the abstract, but it would seem to be a rather interesting development,although probably not available in stores for Black Friday sales. But who knows what the future will bring? I'll bet Patagonia, North Face, etc. will hope this extremely cool item will lead to hot sales....

seems interesting, wonder how much difference there is between the warm and cool side. Reversable thermo underwear is already availible in a reversable mode with warm - warmer mode, so that isn't that new.

According to the article, there is a difference of about 25 degreesF between the heating and cooling modes - not incredible, but significant, especially with more R&D.....
