I received the sad news via e-mail from Goinggear.com that Marshall Hoots, their founder, has passed away. You may know him from his youtube videos. He did many reviews, usually lights but also camping and hiking gear. I have purchased numerous items from his company over the years and was always pleased by how he did business.

Thank you for sharing that sad news. I also did quite a bit of business with Going Gear and every experience was very positive.
