One of the potential pitfalls of forums is the doomsday posting of so many very real world concerns. Between wal-mart, global warming, oil and water depletion, the latest incarnation of ethnic or ideological hatred or another epidemic it's not difficult to sink into the paranoia of MRE and sidearm survivalism. These subjects are always interesting and important. But, more important is for everyone to keep living and enjoying the many positive gifts of the world. I for one, intend to emulate Homer Simpson and get in Mr. Burn's face with a beer in one hand and donut in the other. So I propose a new forum rule of etiquette. If you hear about a meteor heading for California add a personal anecdote; a wild animal spotting, new G/F or how your PSK survived going through the wash cycle in your jeans.
