I've been following this one. If they can get the spillway stabilized prior to Wednesday's predicated rain, it might have a happy ending. Otherwise, I would hate to be holding a flood insurance policy for any property near the Feather River.

This is one of those situation where being able to evac in 2 minutes isn't just a precaution, but a full blown necessity
