Of all the services I have the least beef with the USCG. Train 10% of the time and execute 90% of the time, unlike the others which train 90% of the time and excute 10% of the time.

Actually, one April fools Day I submitted the proper forms for implementing equipment or procedure changes that rewarded the recipient with a cash bonus. It was during the transition from the old crackerjack uniform to the present busdriver's outfit. My C/O thought the Jimmy Buffet straw hat, Beach Boy hawaiian shirt and baggies were a bit much.
