June 14th is Flag Day in the U.S (http://www.usflag.org/flag.day.html). I strive to display my flag in keeping with the guidelines set forth by the American Legion (http://www.legion.org/?section=our_flag&subsection=flag_code&content=flag_code). In keeping with this, tomorrow, I would display the flag at full staff. However, I'm not sure if government building flags will still be flying at half-staff in memory of President Reagan. I wonder which condition takes precedence?

The official mourning period was set @ 30 days. Display the flag at half mast.

I believe President Bush said until July 5, 2004, flags should fly at half-mast.
